Type: Full-time (4 days/week) | Partnership Track Available

About Us

We are a well-established, single-site private practice with a diverse patient population serving Rochester and surrounding suburbs for over 25 years. Our team includes five physician partners who are supported by a long-term nurse practitioner, strong clinical and administrative staff, and an after-hours nurse triage service.

With an upcoming physician retirement, this role offers an existing patient panel. The position involves no hospital/nursery rounding or delivery attendance.
