Growing, Private Group Practice with Collegial Atmosphere

Join a well-regarded growing private group practice at their new outpatient location in Saltillo, MS. The new location is planned to be completed in May 2024. Candidates looking to start prior to that date are encouraged to apply due to their other opportunities in the area.

Responsibilities

• Primary care, outpatient only
• Team currently consists of 6 Med-Peds Physicians and 7 APPs
• New facility (completed in May 2024)
• Benefits include malpractice and health insurance
• Residents, new grads, and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply

Compensation

Compensation for new physicians is a guaranteed salary of around $200,000 to $215,000 based on fit. There are no production/volume incentives to start. After several years and upon establishing a firm patient base, the compensation structure will shift to production based on collections.
