Connectly Recruiting seeks a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site role in Hawthorne, CA. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no after-hours call.

The clinician will provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits and immunizations, while communicating fluently with Spanish-speaking families. Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics, with an active or eligible California medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care including well-child checks and immunizations.

• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline workflows.
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EHR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
