Job summary

Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents in New Kent, VA seeks a compassionate Pediatrician to join our full-time team, serving children and adolescents ages 2-22 across acute, inpatient, and residential settings.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of 5 years of training or practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to pediatric patients ages 2-18.
• Participate in admissions, discharge planning, treatment team meetings, and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians, and support staff.
• Support daily clinical care in an inpatient and residential treatment environment.
