Job summary
IHA is seeking a Pediatrics physician in Canton Township, Michigan for 0.80 FTE with a Monday–Friday schedule and some Saturday hours. This role emphasizes comprehensive outpatient pediatric care in a collaborative environment using EPIC/MyChart.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician.
- Medical license and DEA in Michigan.
- Strong clinical skills in preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease follow-up.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team-based care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EPIC or similar).
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Interest in quality improvement, population health, or value-based care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care to pediatric patients up to adolescence.
- Perform well-child visits and immunizations.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, behavioral health, care managers and nursing staff.
- Use EPIC for documentation and care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement and value-based care initiatives.
- Opportunity to precept students or residents.
