Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers in Turlock, CA seeks a Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary pediatric care in a community-oriented setting. The position is a 40-hour week with options for five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts.

The compensation includes an annual salary range of $235,000–$268,000 with sign-on and moving assistance eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited medical school.
• California Medical License valid.
• DEA Certificate required.
• BLS or ACLS CPR certification required.
• Board certification within three years preferred.
• Residency in Pediatrics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct primary outpatient pediatric care for a 40-hour week.
• Provide comprehensive, family-centered pediatric care.
• Comply with organizational policies and supervision agreements.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and peer review activities.
• Attend General Medical Staff meetings and committees.
• Maintain active hospital privileges and share on-call duties.
• Maintain active memberships in County and State medical associations.
• Serve as a preceptor to clinicians in training when requested.
