Job summary

La Clínica de La Raza in the San Francisco Bay Area delivers pediatric outpatient care to a diverse patient population. You will treat children from birth through adolescence, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from a recognized university; pediatrics board certification required or eligible.
• California license and DEA; valid BLS certificate with 30-day grace period.
• Experience in primary care; ability to work in diverse, low-income communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
• Deliver routine, acute, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative care; initiate referrals as needed.
• Screen and manage chronic conditions; coordinate hospital admissions if required.
• Share night and weekend call to ensure 24-hour availability.
