Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio seeks a BE/BC Pediatrician to join a collaborative team focused on high-quality care. The role covers outpatient pediatrics with newborn nursery coverage, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a 1 in 5 call.

Join 4 physicians and 4 APPs using Cerner EMR in a supportive environment. Compensation is competitive with RVU incentives; sign-on bonus up to $20K, relocation up to $10K, and student loan repayment up to $25K annually (max $100K).

Qualifications

• Full-time, employed position.
• Outpatient clinic with inpatient newborn nursery coverage.
• Monday-Friday schedule with one evening per week.
• Call rotation: 1 in 5.
• Approximately 25 patients per day.
• Team includes 4 Physicians and 4 APPs.
• Cerner EMR.
• Sign-on bonus up to $20K; relocation up to $10K.
• Student loan repayment up to $25K/year (max $100K).
• CME: $5K + 5 days; 4 weeks PTO.
• Full benefits package including 401K.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatrics and inpatient newborn nursery coverage.
• Participate in on-call rotation as assigned.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and APPs to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient records and coordination.
