IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Pediatrician for a permanent, full-time position in Beloit, Wisconsin. You will deliver comprehensive care in both outpatient clinics and hospital settings, including newborn services in a Level II nursery, with a two-year salary guarantee and opportunity for production-based incentives.

The role covers well-child visits, acute and chronic pediatric care, and close collaboration with a dedicated pediatric team.

• Service Setting: Hospital / Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule: Full-Time (Schedule to be discussed)
• On-Call Expectations: 1:4 to 1:5 Call Rotation

PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE

• Patient Demographics: Pediatrics
• Average Daily Volume / Census: 16–22 clinic patients per day; low inpatient census
• Admissions & Rounding: Included (limited inpatient care)
• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Pediatrics, Newborn Care, Level II Nursery

FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS

• Beds in Department/Unit: Level II Nursery available
• EMR System: Cerner
• Specialty Backup: Transfers supported to tertiary centers in Milwaukee, Madison, and Rockford
