Job summary

ETS Pediatric in Johnstown, Pennsylvania is seeking a Pediatrician to join a private group with a flexible 4-day workweek and a guaranteed 5 weeks of PTO. The role features an equally shared call schedule (1 in 7 weeks) with two APPs per physician and a clear path toward partnership.

The practice has operated for over 20 years in the community and employs Medent EMR with AI-assisted note-taking. On-site testing includes CLIA-waived labs, EKGs and pulmonary function testing; relocation assistance

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board eligible/certified in pediatrics.
• Completion of pediatric residency is required or expected.
• Board certification or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a private group setting.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists and subspecialists as needed.
• Maintain efficient workflow and end day by 5pm when possible.
• Participate in a partnership track and ongoing practice growth.
