Job description

Board Eligible Hourly Shift Maximum: $125.00

Board Certified Hourly Shift Maximum: $125.00

Nights/Weekends Hourly Maximum: $125.00

Per diem is non-benefited, hourly positions, including malpractice insurance and tail coverage. Must have CA medical license and paid DEA certificate.
