Job summary

Children’s Nebraska is seeking a delivery associate to support warehouse activities, coordinate orders, and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment for pediatric care. The role involves daily van deliveries, inventory handling, and customer service within a hospital setting.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year in delivery services, and a valid driver's license. Prior pediatric product experience is a plus; on-call rotations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities, inventory control, and daily deliveries.
• Maintain shipping schedules and customer orders in the system.
• Assist with loading/unloading and safety during deliveries.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for patient items and equipment.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and cycle counts and respond to inquiries.
• Deliver durable medical equipment and supplies, including rehab items, per procedures.
