Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric vIOP Clinical Quality Manager to lead clinical quality and supervision for a team of therapists and care managers, delivering CBT/DBT/ERP-based care via video therapy. The role emphasizes training, quality metrics, and consultation for adolescent and young adult clients.

The position requires a PhD/PSYD or clinical Master’s, active US license, and 5+ years in high-acuity settings, with full-time, 40-hour weeks in the United States.

Qualifications

• PhD or PSYD in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s degree from a clinical track.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the United States.
• 5+ years postgraduate clinical experience with high acuity settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical quality oversight and supervision to vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers.
• Mentor, train, and interview staff; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Offer ongoing feedback on clinical quality metrics and case consultations.
• Ensure culturally responsive care and outcomes-driven practice.
• Maintain a small personal clinical caseload as needed.
