Job summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking Advanced Practice Providers with pediatric or urgent care/ER experience to join our team in New Jersey. APPs will evaluate and treat pediatric patients in urgent care settings, including telemedicine, under the guidance of clinical leaders.

The role requires ANCC or NCCPA certification and an active RN/NP/PA license as applicable, with 2+ years of independent pediatric experience. A supportive environment with ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Pediatric experience required; pediatric ER, general pediatrics, or urgent care experience preferred.
• Active ANCC Board Certification or NCCPA Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of independent pediatric clinical experience as an APP (outside rotations) or at least 1 year in urgent care or emergency medicine.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide evidence-based treatment to pediatric patients in urgent care (in-person and telemedicine).
• Perform common urgent care procedures and coordinate radiology/lab results under supervision.
• Oversee patient flow and daily operations with on-site and telemedicine teams to ensure timely care.
