Job summary

PM Pediatrics in the New York area is seeking physicians to join our mission-driven team. The role offers a flexible schedule ranging from 12 to 36 hours per week, with no overnight shifts, and on-site x-ray and lab services in a private-practice setting.

You will participate in CME-accredited learning programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care for children and young adults. This position supports growth within a national pediatric urgent care network.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Pediatrics required or eligible.
• Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Department preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat acute injury and illness for in-person and telemedicine patients.
• Perform procedural care including abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and wound repair.
• Take radiographs and provide preliminary interpretation of x-rays (with radiology over-reads where applicable).
• Oversee patient flow and daily operations with other providers, staff, and trainees on shift.
• Maintain operations by following policies and reporting changes to management.
• Protect patient information and comply with HIPAA regulations.
