Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Carthage, Tennessee. The role involves covering a 12-hour day shift as the only RT on shift at a small critical access hospital, caring for patients of all ages and operating ventilators, Vapotherm, and Bipap/Cpap.

The position is 36 hours per week for 13 weeks, with start date 10/12/2026 and a focus on independent practice in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensure as an RRT in Tennessee is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications are required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of respiratory therapy experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Work as the sole respiratory therapist on shift in a critical access hospital.
• Support pediatric care and manage Bipap/Cpap, ventilators, and Vapotherm.
• Collaborate with a small team to provide patient care across ages.
