Job summary

Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to provide 1:1 home care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in New Jersey. Full training and hands-on support are provided for nurses new to trach and vent care.

Position offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with paid training, 24/7 scheduling support, and flexible full-time or part-time options. Compensation ranges hourly and rewards experienced nurses with ongoing clinical mentoring.

Responsibilities

Pediatric Trach/Vent Nurses – Full Training Provided + $1K

$1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. New graduate nurses are not eligible.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home. This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands-on support for nurses new to trach and vent care.

• Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).
