Job summary

Star Pediatric Home Care is seeking experienced RN or LPN nurses to provide 1:1 pediatric care for children with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, and Union Counties in New Jersey. The role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts with full training and ongoing support.

New graduates are not eligible. Compensation includes a $1,000 bonus for trach/vent assignments, paid training, and 24/7 scheduling support to ensure success.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license required in New Jersey.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric home care.
• New graduate nurses are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home care to pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators.
• Deliver nursing assessments, care planning, and education to families.
• Follow plan of care and physician orders with clinical judgment.
