Job summary

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC in the Greenville area is seeking a motivated Rehab Technician to join our multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice. You will support ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy teams and help maintain a welcoming, organized clinic environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, travel between clinic locations, and benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical, pediatric, or therapy setting.
• Interest in child development and/or pediatric therapy services.
• Comfort interacting with children with special needs and their families.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the administrative and therapy teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy and office spaces.
• Monitor and manage clinic inventory, office supplies, and therapy materials.
• Ensure timely procurement of needed items and supplies.
• Provide general support to help ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
