Job summary

KidsPeace in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania seeks a Therapist Partial to provide clinical leadership, guidance, and consultation regarding psychotherapy and programming. Responsibilities include providing therapy, evaluating staff, ensuring documentation standards, and participating in interdisciplinary team processes. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License and a Master’s Degree in a related field is preferred. The role offers competitive compensation starting at $27.50 an hour, comprehensive benefits, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License required.
• Minimum two years experience in Human Services preferred.
• Experience with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group therapy to clients.
• Take a lead role in the Interdisciplinary Team process.
• Facilitate family assessment process for observation and direction.
• Provide training and support to staff as indicated.
• Pursue positive client attendance according to projections.
• Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to standards.
