Blackbird Health in Burke, Virginia, seeks a licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers, in person or via telehealth.

You'll work with an interdisciplinary team to support engagement, education on evidence-based approaches, and compassionate, family-centered care across VA, MD and NJ markets.

Qualificações

• Active Virginia license: LCSW, LPC or LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and caregivers.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support engagement in treatment.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care.
• Support families with education on therapeutic approaches and progress.
