Novant Health Dilworth Pediatrics is seeking a part-time Therapist III to deliver individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient pediatric setting. The position operates Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, in-person, with independent treatment decisions and collaboration with physician providers.

Qualified candidates hold a graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, and at least three years of experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health.
• Licensure as LMHC/LCSW/LMFC or licensed psychologist is required; other specified licenses may apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCPs and clinical teams to support patients with behavioral health needs.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in outpatient pediatrics.
• Maintain an outpatient therapy caseload with patient-centered plans.
• Participate in weekly consultations with the Psychiatric Consultant for coordinated care.
• Manage approximately ten patient encounters per day with accurate documentation.
