Job summary

Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Heart and Kidney Unit (HKU). The unit focuses on family-centered care for pediatric cardiac and renal conditions, with beds equipped for cardiac and respiratory monitoring across neonatal to adult age ranges.

The role requires an active DC RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, and CPR certification. Orientation and ongoing professional development are provided within a Magnet-designated environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience (Required)
• Licensed RN in District of Columbia (Required)
• CPR certification
• Keep knowledge base current with changes in specialty area

Responsibilities
