Job summary

Mary Bridge Children\'s Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist in care and preparation of the surgical patient under the supervision of an OR RN. You will assemble, set up, and use surgical instrumentation and equipment throughout procedures.

The role may face emergent situations requiring both directed and independent decisions. Requires CST program completion, WA registration, CPR, and prior experience; generous benefits and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with care and preparation of the surgical patient and operating room under the supervision of an OR RN.
• Responsible for assembly, setup, and use of surgical instrumentation and equipment during procedures.
• Work may become emergent or critical, requiring directed and independent decision-making.
