Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Surgeon to join a well-respected health system in El Paso, Texas. Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric surgeon.
• Ability to develop and lead a pediatric surgery service.
• Experience with clinic and OR scheduling.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration with hospitalists, neonatologists, and pediatric anesthesiologists.

Responsibilities

• Perform broad pediatric surgical procedures.
• Lead development and expansion of the pediatric surgery service.
• Coordinate scheduling for clinics and operating rooms.
• Provide call coverage as required.
