Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Speech Therapy Aide in Maryland. This role supports virtual therapy sessions, assists teachers, and helps students engage in learning within a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; able to connect with children and parents.

• Ability to work with students in a supportive, positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and assist a student to a designated room for virtual therapy sessions.
• Log onto the computer for the student before the session and support the virtual therapist.
• Support and follow classroom policies and guide students with examples and encouragement.
• Monitor students as directed and assist teachers with programs and materials to meet student needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
