Job summary

Walker’s Tiny Talkers in Bentonville, AR is seeking a full-time Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric setting.

You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, maintain progress notes, and participate in ongoing professional development. A Master’s in SLP and AR licensure are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Arkansas state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Therapist.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions.
• Address speech sound disorders, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding (if applicable).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other therapy team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
