Job summary

You will work hands-on with children, partner with parents on home strategies, document progress, and adjust plans to optimize outcomes. Collaboration with OT, PT, ABA, and other pediatric professionals is strongly emphasized on our integrated campus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat children with speech, language, and feeding needs.
• Provide hands-on treatment and partner with parents on strategies they can continue at home.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans to help each child achieve the best possible outcome.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, ABA, and other pediatric disciplines; participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings for shared learning and better patient care.
• Provide treatment in the outpatient clinic or in classrooms at the on-site private school and preschool.
