Job summary

Limitlessli is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to develop and coordinate individualized therapy programs for clients with communication and language deficits, enabling participation at home, school, and in the community.

You will conduct screenings and evaluations, implement evidence-based interventions, train families, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and successful discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ASHA-recognized speech-language pathology program.
• Current state licensure and eligible for professional registration.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate clients; select appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on findings.
• Provide interventions addressing articulation, language, and social skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed; plan discharge when appropriate.
• Educate families and caregivers to support communication at home.
