Bright Steps Therapy Network in Illinois seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Program Lead who blends clinical excellence with mentorship, program development, and community engagement. You will provide pediatric speech services, complete evaluations, plan treatment, and partner with families while mentoring clinicians and supporting onboarding and training.
