Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat children in their homes. You will deliver personalized therapy for speech, language, feeding, and swallowing while building strong family partnerships.

You will support a collaborative team, complete accurate documentation, and participate in a mentorship-friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current Texas SLP license, or eligible to obtain licensure by start date.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Provide speech therapy addressing articulation, language, feeding, and swallowing.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; educate families for home carryover.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and ensure thorough documentation.
• Offer flexible scheduling: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN; after-school and weekend options.

Qualifications
