Job summary

One Therapy Network is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric home health team as a contractor. Work with families in a designated area to minimize drive time, while enjoying autonomy, mentorship for CFs, and flexible scheduling.

We offer pay of $70–$100 per hour, a caseload of 10–35 visits weekly, and strong admin support with an easy EMR, so you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state license or eligibility required.
• ASHA CCCs preferred; CFs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric home health speech-language pathology services.
• Offer mentorship and clinical support to CFs.
• Coordinate care with families, limiting drive time and maximizing therapy time.
• Maintain documentation using an EMR and handle admin tasks with support from the team.

Position Details:
