Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy & Play Gym in Cedar Park, TX is seeking PRN Speech-Language Pathologists to provide pediatric therapy on Saturdays and Sundays, 9:00–4:00. The role focuses on delivering child-centered sessions, assessing needs, and tailoring therapy plans for each child.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas SLP license, have at least one year of pediatric experience, and can work independently with a flexible weekend schedule to support families’ goals.

Position Summary

We are hiring PRN Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide sessions to children at our Clinics from 9-4 on Saturday and Sundays

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools and approaches
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
• Provide engaging, interactive, and effective therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Texas Speech-Language Pathology licenses
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
