Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Cadillac caseload, primarily serving pediatric patients with some adult cases. The PRN role requires evaluating patient needs, planning and implementing individualized therapy programs, and ensuring compliance with ASHA standards.
The position emphasizes documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supervision of CFY as part of ongoing education and program development.

Plans and executes individual treatment programs in accordance with ASHA and SLP scope of practice. Keeps treatment skills upgraded through continuing education, evidence-based research, and program development. Perform job responsibilities in accordance with the program’s strategic objectives and goals to carry out organizational strategic objectives.

M.S. or M.A. in Speech Pathology granted by an accredited university program. Licensure is required in every US State and Territory the Therapist is practicing or is in Clinical Fellowship Year. Licensure requirements should be met according to individual State laws. In addition, SLP-CCC is required for therapists in the following States per Medicaid billing requirement: DC, NC, WV, KY, MN, NE, KS, NM, NV, ID. Possesses and maintains BLS certification to meet department/program protocol.
