Happyian Therapy & Academy is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative, play-based team in Illinois. We welcome Clinical Fellows and experienced clinicians, with mentorship and ongoing professional support built into the role.

The position offers flexible options: Full-Time with 30+ billable hours at $50/hour, Part-Time with 18+ billable hours at $51/hour, and a strong emphasis on mentorship, family-centered care, and high-quality clinical services.

Qualifications

• Play-based, relationship-centered therapy approach.
• Focus on expressive/receptive language, AAC, social communication.
• Family education and interdisciplinary collaboration are integral.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services.
