Job summary

HealthBridge Children's Hospital in Orange, CA is seeking a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric rehab team. You will provide evaluative and therapeutic services to children in both the hospital and outpatient settings, with emphasis on complex medical cases, swallowing disorders, and weaning from tracheostomies when needed.

The ideal candidate holds California license, ASHA certification, and at least two years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed in California.
• ASHA certified and maintain ASHA credentialing.
• A minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services to pediatric patients in the hospital and outpatient clinic in Orange, CA.
• Perform evaluation and treatment of children with complex medical and neurological diagnoses.
• Competence in evaluation and treatment of swallowing disorders; participate in trach/vent weaning as required.
