Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across early education through high school in a California school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply clinical skills in a collaborative educational environment.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct speech-language therapy services, and participate in IEP processes while partnering with teachers, families, and support staff to foster communication growth.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly desired
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
  • Understanding of individualized education program (IEP) processes and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student learning
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment as needed
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and communicate student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
