Job summary

Lee Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for our Outpatient Pediatric Clinics in Fort Myers. You will deliver one-on-one, evidence-based therapy in 30–45 minute sessions and collaborate with physicians and rehab colleagues to support children's communication and feeding needs.

Required: Masters in Speech-Language Pathology, Florida licensure; CCC preferred; commitment to family-centered care and ongoing professional development in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP strongly preferred but clinical fellow considered.
• Active Florida State Speech Language Pathologist licensure.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, evaluation, and treatment for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing impairments.
• Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based therapy in 30–45 minute sessions.
• Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation specialists, caregivers, and community resources.
