Job summary

Westside Children\'s Therapy in Lombard, IL is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric therapy and build communication skills for children up to 18 years old.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and guide families to reinforce practice at home. The role emphasizes mentorship, growth, and a fun, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year.
• SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois.
• Feeding Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients, from birth to age 18.
• Create client specific goals focused on effective communication, utilizing verbal and non‑verbal communication skills
• Provide support and guidance to the clients’ family enabling them to foster the behaviors and practices implemented in treatment.
