Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our outpatient team in the Pittsburgh area. The position features a FLOAT/EI split with 30-40 hours weekly and opportunities to impact children from birth to 21 years old across our pediatric services.

You will collaborate with therapy disciplines, promote family involvement, and contribute to a culture of authentic care, mentorship, and professional growth within a growing network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric speech therapy to children from birth to age 21.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure best outcomes.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate notes using standard clinic procedures.
• Encourage caregiver participation and carryover of therapy strategies at home.
