Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Virginia SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children with speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, families, physicians, and educators.
• Educate caregivers so progress continues beyond the therapy session.
• Grow professionally through mentorship and continuing education opportunities.
• Lead staff trainings on topics you are passionate about.
• Create professional goals and get support in meeting them.
