Job summary

The Kidz Club in New York is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join TKC Therapy, providing pediatric speech, language, and feeding services from birth to 21 years. You will assess, diagnose, and treat disorders, develop individualized plans, and document findings in a timely manner.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, educate families, and stay current with ASHA guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC from ASHA and state licensure required.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose pediatric speech, language, and feeding disorders (birth to 21).
• Develop individualized treatment plans after comprehensive evaluation.
• Use evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Complete documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on carry-over strategies for home.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Keep current with field advancements through continuing education.
• Adhere to ASHA and state licensing board standards.
