Job summary

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy in Eugene is seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapist to provide one-on-one therapy to children birth to 18 with speech and language disorders in our Eugene clinic.

You will evaluate, plan individualized care, and deliver engaging sessions, collaborating with families to support home programs while documenting progress. Join a therapist-owned team committed to holistic child development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Oregon SLP license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders and non-verbal children is a plus.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate children to determine level of speech function.
• Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care.
• Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers to enable home program carryover.
• Maintain accurate documentation: daily notes, evaluations, progress reports.
• Ensure accurate coding for billing insurance companies.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations.
• Work cooperatively with families, therapists, and staff.
