Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted speech language pathologist license as approved by the state licensing board.
• Current ASHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services for children and families.
• Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols and follow funding guidelines.
• Create goals/objectives with evaluations.
• Schedule children on caseload by contacting families.
• Provide therapy services based on evaluations and prescriptions.
• Deliver therapy in home, daycare, schools, outpatient clinics, community settings.
• Document therapy services with weekly progress notes.
