Job summary

Pivot Home Health is hiring a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver home-based therapy to children in Colorado Springs or Pueblo. Flexible employment type (FT or PT) with 20 visits/week for full-time work, and compensation of $80-$90+ per regular visit, with iPad provided for digital documentation.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders, coach families, and document progress in a user-friendly system.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLP license required.
• New graduates and relocating clinicians encouraged to apply.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential through home-based care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, articulation, voice, and feeding disorders.
• Coach and empower caregivers to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines.
• Incorporate play-based and functional interventions that engage and motivate children.
• Track progress through efficient, user-friendly digital documentation.
