Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute therapy sessions with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Complete daily treatment notes and progress summaries by due dates.
• Collaborate with parents, BCBAs, and professionals on treatment goals.
• Participate in company training and professional development.
• Submit accurate timesheets and drive client care forward.
• Prepare reports to support therapy planning and authorizations.
• Provide supervision to students or new hires when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality.
