Job summary

HTU is seeking an outpatient pediatric speech-language pathologist to serve children from birth through age 21. You will provide assessment and therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, engage families in sessions, and have access to mentorship, a structured career ladder, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as an SLP in the respective state.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric SLP services to children birth through 21.
• Deliver one-to-one sessions with customized care plans.
• Involve families to promote carryover and home exercises.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and ABA services.
• Support autonomy, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Provide outpatient pediatric speech-language pathology services to children from birth to age twenty-one.
• Deliver individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to support skill carryover and home exercises.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
• Engage in a work environment that supports autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth aligned with clinician passions and expertise.

About You
