Job summary

Achieve Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to help children build communication, feeding, and social skills in a playful, supportive setting.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive developmental progress. A WA license or imminent licensure is required, with flexibility and a child‑centered approach highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communication disorders or speech-language pathology is required.
• Current WA license from the WA State Department of Health or in the process of obtaining one.
• Understanding of child development and a passion for helping children.
• Ability to get on the floor and play with kids.
• Cheerful, outgoing, and bubbly personality.
• Social and creative mindset.
• Self-motivation to make a meaningful difference for kids.
• 2+ years of professional experience (preferred).
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities
