Job Juncture is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing outpatient clinic serving children in the Kansas City metro area. The role offers full-time or part-time scheduling with the flexibility to choose hours, a 1:1 patient care model, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team within an ABA-based pediatric setting.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $130,000+, with annual increases and opportunities for leadership as the clinic expands.

Qualificações

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). SLPA also welcome.
• Interest in working with pediatric population.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3-6.
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals.
• Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours.

Join a Collaborative Pediatric Team

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in the Kansas City area. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized therapy within an ABA-based setting. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children, values collaboration, and wants the flexibility to build a caseload that works for them. You'll work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team in an established clinical environment with a consistent pediatric population and plenty of opportunity to grow.

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is caseload availability. There is a strong patient population already in place, allowing clinicians to maintain a desired caseload size without having to build a caseload from scratch.

What You'll Do

Schedule & Flexibility

Clinicians have flexibility in determining the number of sessions they see each day, allowing you to build a caseload that aligns with your professional and income goals. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements.
