RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join a growing pediatric therapy team in the Kansas City area. The clinician will provide individualized, pediatric-focused therapy to children aged 3–6 in an ABA-based setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a stable clinical environment.

Role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours, with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinic hours, and opportunities for leadership as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist.
• SLP with pediatric focus and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable documenting and communicating across a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3–6.
• Work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver 30–60 minute 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Complete evaluations, typically 90 minutes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR.
• Manage daily caseload within clinic hours.

Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Choose your own hours)

Compensation: $80,000–$130,000+

Join a Collaborative Pediatric Team

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a growing pediatric therapy team in the Kansas City area. The clinic serves children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized therapy within an ABA-based setting. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with young children, values collaboration, and wants the flexibility to build a caseload that works for them. You’ll work alongside a strong multidisciplinary team in an established clinical environment with a consistent pediatric population and plenty of opportunity to grow.

One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is caseload availability. There is a strong patient population already in place, allowing clinicians to maintain a desired caseload size without having to build a caseload from scratch.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized speech-language therapy to children ages 3–6
• Work primarily with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Provide 1:1 therapy sessions lasting approximately 30–60 minutes
• Complete evaluations, typically scheduled for approximately 90 minutes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals
• Complete documentation using OpenEMR
• Manage your daily caseload and schedule within clinic operating hours

Schedule & Flexibility

Clinicians have flexibility in determining the number of sessions they see each day, allowing you to build a caseload that aligns with your professional and income goals. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Speech-Language Pathologist. SLPA also welcome.
• Interest in working with a pediatric population
• Comfortable working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for providing individualized, child-centered care
